Competence in Research and Development
In 1972, Novopress became the first company in the world to market a press tool for connecting press fittings and metal pipes. Novopress is backed up by over 40 years of experience and competence in pressing-unit development.
- Optimizing our pressing units even more is always the focus of every development process. Our goal is to produce even lighter, faster, and more effective pressing units that are more manageable for our customers.
- We are constantly putting new insights into practice in our existing product range. We also factor in the results of serial endurance tests, information from users' practical experience, and research into alternative production methods and materials.
- Individual press tool development adapted for system provider products. Along with press tools, Novopress also develops jaws/collars based on the system provider's specifications – and that includes incorporating the provider's trademark.
- Moreover, system providers can have their newly developed products tested with Novopress tools. Novopress is happy to advise that process.
Competence through Quality
Quality management is extremely important for a company that operates nationally and internationally. Novopress' ISO 9001 certification was extended again in October 2014. Moreover, external companies regularly perform supplier audits. These steps ensure that the high quality that Novopress demands of its products is always there.
Competence through an Extensive Service Offer
Users can have pressing unit maintenance and repairs performed right at our service points, which are also available outside of Germany (for further information/addresses, see Service Partners – Germany and Service Partners – International). We can also work on pressing units at our service trucks. That way users can benefit from direct contact with Novopress service experts and exchange information. And of course workshop service right at Novopress headquarters in Neuss is an option that has proven its value for years.
Responding to Complaints
In the event of complaints, Novopress provides the support that system providers and their customers need at any time. At the service provider's request, this can take the form of direct complaint resolution with the pressing-unit user or complaint monitoring and reporting.
